Returns and Exchanges:
Any product that is in unused and unwashed condition and has been purchased in the last 40 days is eligible for a return. All items bought during a sale are FINAL SALE. Please inspect your item when you first receive it as returns that don't follow these guidelines won't be accepted. As soon as we receive an eligible return, your return/exchange will be processed.
Steps to return/exchange:
1. Visit our contact tab through our main menu on our website (www.shopellaloo.com) If you're reading this, you're here!
2. Enter your information in the 'Contact us' form at the bottom of this page. Include your order # and reason for return or desired item and size for an exchange.
3. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. The address to return or exchange is: 435 N 400 W STE 2B NORTH SALT LAKE, UTAH 84054 *Please include order number so we can identify customer
4. Once our team receives return/exchange items in appropriate condition, our team will issue your refund and will ship desired exchange (if in stock) or contact you via email to sort out an exchange solution.
- We currently only ship within the US. Free shipping on orders over $75
- Ella Loo is not responsible for any change of address or lost/delayed packages in mail system
